Easter Food Drive
We have much to be thankful for in this year’s food drive to help others in the Markham area. We collected 36 boxes of non-perishable and canned foods to share through the Markham community Food Bank. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

Yes it’s that time of year! It’s quickly approaching summer and MCPC will again have summer camp and VBS programs this year!
Summer Camp:
July 10 through August 4
9am to 4pm (extended hours available with additional fee)
Age 5-13 (SK through Grade 8)
Registration fee per week: $90 on or before May 28 / $95 after May 28

Looking for Summer Interns
We’re looking for post-secondary students to work as summer interns for our summer camp and VBS programs from June 26 through August 20. For 8 weeks you get to plan and execute educational and recreational activities with a great team of volunteers for kids aged 5-13. Over five years, our summer ministries have earned a reputation for excellence, and most of the students are back from previous years. It’s a great opportunity to help children grow in Jesus Christ. Children’s Summer Camp & VBS 2016
We are happy to announce MCPC will have a summer camp program for kids again this year. It will last four weeks, from July 18 to August 12, for children aged 4 to 14 (Junior Kindergarten through Grade 8).

CTI is coming to MCPC
Mark your calendars for the CTI concert coming up Saturday evening March 5. There’ll be more information in the weeks to come.
Nominations for At-Large Representative
On January 31, we will hold a special meeting in the English service to elect someone to serve a two-year term as the “at large” representative to the English Ministry Coordinating Team. Information about the position and the nomination form are available outside the sanctuary. We’ll receive nomination forms today and January 17 – you can give your forms directly to Pastor Paul. The EMT will review the nominations and prepare the ballot for January 31.
